Electronic Arts confirmed that the PC version of open world racing video game, Need for Speed, will launch on March 15, 2016. The release date was disclosed in a new “PC Reveal” video that uses the song “Get Low.” Footage in the video was captured in-engine and is representative of what you’ll see in the game, Electronic Arts claims. However, it’s indistinct what level of a PC the footage was captured on. Remember that, releasing for the PC, It is the twenty-second installment in the long-running Need for Speed series, and was a full reboot of the franchise. It marks the series’ second eighth generation installment, and was the first Need for Speed title to only be on eighth generation hardware. The Need for Speed was released for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in November 2015.
