[Sept 2th Bug] Windows 11 Taskbar Missing and Looping on Startup


Issue Description
Today, Windows 11 Insider preview builds in the Dev and Beta Channel have a big bug that crashes Windows 11, influencing many users: Windows 11 taskbar is missing on startup. To be specific, the taskbar is blank. If you click it, it begins looping. When you click other areas on the desktop, it has no response. You even can’t open a file or folder from the desktop. You can’t use a keyboard shortcut to open the Settings app.

Microsoft Receives Reports and Is Working on It
Many users have reported this issue. Microsoft has received the feedback and post a Twitter about this bug:
