Method 1. Disconnect Your USB Devices

Method 6. Restore Windows by using System Restore
System Restore is a useful feature that allows you to restore your operating system to a previous state and fixes any boot problems such as Windows 10 freezes on startup, Windows 7 hangs on welcome screen, etc
Step 1. Insert the Windows bootable drive to your PC and then boot from it.
Step 2. Click on Repair your computer.
Step 3. Choose Troubleshoot.
Step 4. Select Advanced Options.
Step 5. Click on System Restore.
Step 6. Select a target operating system.
Step 7. Click Next button when you see the System Restore interface as follow.

Method 7. Replace hard drive
